Product showcase

MarinaOS is NTech’s dockside operations stack; HydroSense covers mission-critical lift stations. Both tie into IoT Connect and ship with Bahamian field engineering. Sector-focused use-cases for residential and commercial sites are on dedicated pages.

Maritime & port operations

MarinaOS

A single dockside command center for staff and management: live dashboards, device and meter visibility, and alerts—built on IoT Connect so nothing important stays in a spreadsheet or a walkie thread.

  • Shore power & revenue-grade metering — Eastron-class billing-aligned energy on alongside circuits, with registers suited to commercial port and marina settlements.
  • Fuel & tank intelligence — Non-contact radar for bunker and tank inventory where intrusive probes are impractical (marine fuel farms, tight service access).
  • Berth-level operations — Usage, alarms, and maintenance signals roll into IoT Connect for the whole waterfront, not just a single panel at one gate.

Ideal for cruise ports, large marinas, and shore-power programs that need defensible metering and one operational view.

HydroSense

ALS-v1 lift station controller

Mission-critical lift automation with full electrical visibility: sequencing, safety, and power analytics on industrial feeds.

  • 4-float sequencing — High, Lag, Lead, and Low inputs drive pump staging, alarm thresholds, and autonomous sequencing for overflow prevention and balanced run hours.
  • Contactor verification — Coil commands are cross-checked against measured load power to catch stuck or failed contactors before pumps run dry or out of phase.
  • 480 V 3-phase analytics — Two monitored load channels report current, voltage, kWh, kVA, frequency, and power factor on industrial three-phase supplies (0–480 V AC rated).

Alternation logic rotates Lead/Lag roles where configured; high-float redundancy can force dual-pump operation when wired per design. Specifications follow project configuration.

LoRaWAN

National network

The Bahamas’ First LoRaWAN Network

In 2019, NTech transmitted the first LoRaWAN packet in The Bahamas. Today, our national backbone provides long-range, low-power connectivity across major islands including New Providence, Abaco, Grand Bahama, and Eleuthera.

  • 10+ km Range

Long-range connectivity for remote sensors and controllers without cellular infrastructure.

  • 10-Year Battery Life

Ultra-low power consumption enables decade-long deployments on battery power alone.

  • AES-128 Encryption

Military-grade security for mission-critical utility and industrial telemetry.

  • Island-Wide Coverage

Gateway network spanning Nassau, Freeport, Marsh Harbour, and Governor’s Harbour.
